APPLICATION INSTRUCTION CHECKLIST
The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all steps in the application process are completed. Please use this checklist to keep track of items which need your attention.
Application Form & Fee
To begin the application process, a completed application and $60 application and testing fee should be submitted to the school. Upon receipt of both, parents will be notified of the scheduled dates for testing.
Transcript
Before a student is tested, the following must be submitted: current courses (if applicable), recent grades (if applicable), and all available standardized test results and/or achievement test scores. The admission process cannot be completed without this information.
Questionnaire & Recommendation Forms
Applicants in grades three and above are required to complete the Student Questionnaire. The Teacher Recommendation should be completed by an academic teacher that knows the applicant well. Please request that this individual return the completed recommendation directly to the Admissions Office as soon as possible. (Please provide a stamped, addressed envelope for this purpose.
- After the testing is completed, a conference will be scheduled with the parents and the appropriate principal to discuss results and the admission decision.
- Upon acceptance, parents will be given ten days to return the enrollment form with the tuition prepayment to hold a space for their child.
- Before a student is enrolled, the following forms must be on file: a copy of the student's birth certificate, a Georgia Certificate of Immunization, and a Georgia Certificate of Ear, Eye, and Dental Examinations. According to Georgia law, these records must be on file within 30 days of enrollment in order for the student to continue in school.
