The FPD Lady Vikings Soccer Team has had an amazing season and now has the unique opportunity to play in the State Championship against Wesleyan at Mercer University this Friday The GHSA set the kick-off time for noon. While this is in the middle of our normal school day, we want to provide the opportunity for our students, if they can, to attend. In order to do so, we have altered our Friday schedule as noted below. However, for students who are not able to attend, we will have study halls available until 3:10 p.m.
3K – Kindergarten
Regular Dismissal Times
1st – 5th Grade
Previously announced early dismissal at 12:00 p.m. for Field Day. Extended Day will be available.
Middle School & High School
- Normal schedule in the a.m.
- Soccer Team Send-off at 10:00 a.m.
- Dismiss at 11:00 a.m.
- Study Halls available if needed until 3:10 p.m.
- Senior Exams and AP Exams will proceed as scheduled.
Tickets
- $12. Per GHSA rules, since this is a State Championship game, school student i.d.’s will not be accepted for free admission. Students in first grade and up must purchase a ticket.
