Laughter, Lockers, and Lunch
For girls rising in grade 6

Join us for fun, food, and fellowship with other 6th grade girls. Reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones too! Learn ways to be organized for middle school using Outlook calendar and other organizational apps for a successful year.  Plus, get crafty and creative by making personalized locker decorations. Lunch provided.

SAT Prep Class
For students rising in grades to 10 and 11

Get ready to take the SAT in this prep class led by FPD College Counselor, Brad Thompson.  Geared toward new SAT test-takers, this class will go over each section and will also cover how to register, what tests look like and other helpful information for SAT test takers. This preparatory class will greatly increase a student’s opportunities for a higher score on the SAT.

Elementary Fun!

Slime, Goop, and Rainbows
For boys and girls rising in grades PreK-2

Your little scientist will get their hands dirty creating colorful concoctions and potions. We will create art and science experiments. It will be a field day for the senses.

Garden Gloves to Reading Bugs
For boys and girls rising in grades PreK – 1

Come ready to dig in the dirt and read lots of books. We will explore, investigate, observe, and “grow” as we play in the garden, read and learn about plants, garden creatures and more! There will be lots of hands on activities and fun creations. We will be reviewing pre-reading and reading skills in an engaging, science-oriented way.

No girls allowed! Reptiles, tie-dye, glow-in-the-dark, and more! Join us for five days of awesome fun that boys will love! Each camper will receive a t-shirt that we will tie-dye during camp. Please register by July 1 to make sure your child gets the correct size shirt.

Summer Book Nook

The World of Harry Potter
For boys and girls rising in grades 2-8

Do you love all things Harry Potter? Come spend a fun-filled week with activities related to the Harry Potter books. Your week will begin with a choosing ceremony followed by creating crests and drinking butter beer. The week will also include house competitions and crafts as well as acting out different scenes from the Harry Potter books. Friday will conclude with awarding the House Cup.

We’ll explore the science and engineering behind a different superhero each day with LEGO bricks.  Each day is a new theme with lots of excitement and will feature a different science or engineering lesson followed by a mechanized or motorized technic model of the day.

In this unique and creative camp, students will plan, script, stage, shoot, and produce their own mini-movie using Stop Motion Animation.  Campers will use LEGO bricks to tell a story , complete with music, special effects, and all of your favorite LEGO mini-figure characters.
