We are excited to start distributing tablets for students rising in grades 6 -12.
Tablet distribution will be from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 19 through Friday, July 29
in the FPD Media Center, Help Desk area.
So that we may appropriately staff the distribution, please sign-up for a time slot online. Time slots are based on fifteen-minute increments.
When signing up, please check “Display an alternate name” and write-in your student’s name.
Also, students must bring the following forms with them, completed and signed by a parent:
It is very important that you download these forms and bring them with you. A tablet will NOT be given to the student without these forms completed and signed by the parent.
Please note: Rising fifth grade students will receive their tablet during the first few weeks of school.
