MACON, Ga. – The First Presbyterian Day School Athletic Department and head athletic trainer Garrett Law has announced the date for athletic physicals, set for Wednesday, May 13, 2015.

All students planning to participate in interscholastic athletics for the 2015-16 school year must have a current physical on file to be eligible to compete.

For the second straight year, FPD will offer an online athletic training system. Parents are to begin the process of signing up their kids, available in the instructions and video below.

Instructions for both new students and returning students are available in the links below.

“We are excited about this way of making sure our student-athletes have physicals on file so they can perform to the best of their abilities,” Law said. “This system will make it easier for our parents and athletes to provide medical information in a secure format.”

Physicals are from 5:30-7 p.m. in the ZACH Gymnasium and the cost is $10 per athlete.

“We want our students to compete, but we want them to be healthy at the same time,” Law added,
