Coinciding with the school’s 45th Anniversary, First Presbyterian Day School is proud to unveil two new school logos. The first logo is an updated version of our academic logo featuring the laurel wreath surrounding our initials. Over the next year, we will slowly phase out the old logo and our school family will see the new logo on our publications. Likewise, on many annual publications, families will notice an added “45 years” embellishment to the logo, commemorating this year’s anniversary.
The second logo is an updated school seal. The seal will be reserved for letters and information coming from the board and headmaster’s office. The new seal features a scroll representing knowledge and a torch representing fervor and wisdom. Laurel leaves surround these images and connect the seal to our academic logo. In the center is a cross, representing the mission of FPD and our focus on Christ.
