Leadership Programs

FPD offers multiple opportunities for students to develop leadership skills.

Through clubs, sports, and fine arts activities, students learn how they can be leaders using the talents God has given them. To further those skill sets, high school students can apply to participate in two different FPD programs: FPD's Chick-fil-a Leader Academy for 9th and 10th graders and FPD's Project LEAD for 11th and 12th graders. These programs teach students how to develop, implement, and lead service projects that impact their communities.

Project LEAD

FPD’s Project LEAD culminates years of service and leadership as students prepare to be leaders on their college campus. Students develop, promote, and organize outreach projects that impact their communities.

Previous service projects include:
  • blood drives
  • clothing drives
  • athletic and robotics camps for kids
  • community outreach opportunities

In the end, students are well prepared to manage, lead, and find innovative solutions to community needs. Students who are interested in participating must apply before their 11th or 12th grade year
