January 16

  • TODAY, Thursday, from 3:20-3:45, there will be a meeting for any 6-8 grade boys or girls that are interested in playing Middle School Soccer. The meeting will be held in the lecture hall. If anyone cannot stay for the meeting, please stop by and pick up an informational packet before things get started. All students that wish to play must have a current physical on file with the FPD training department before participating.
  • Mock Trial Monday at 3:00 in the lecture hall..1/21/2019
  • JANUARY BOOKS OF THE MONTH:  The House of Dies Drearand God’s Smuggler.  Viking Spirit Shop gift card prize to students (grades 6-12) who read either of these books and pass the AR quiz by January 31.  Both books are available in the Library Media Center.
  • FPD TENNIS > (Middle school tryouts will be the week of January 21st)
  • STUDENTS ONLY: BUY YOUR YEARBOOKS TODAY @ www.yearbookordercenter.com
  • Breakfast is served on every late start Wednesday from 7:00-8:45am.  There are a variety of breakfast goodies including an omelet bar!  Stop by and see the delicious items that you might like!
  • Remember, your student I.D. is also your lunch pass. If you forget or lose your student I.D., you can purchase a new one for $10 from Cindy Martin in the Administrative Building. If you don’t have your student I.D. and are on the dining plan, you can get a single-day lunch ticket for $2 per day at The Viking Store. If you are not on the dining plan, the single-day pass is $8 per day for middle school, $9 per day for high school and the charge is added to tuition.Remember, the three-day meal plan is for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and cannot be swapped with other days.

  • Middle School TRACK meeting will be TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY) after school @ 3:15 in the Zach!

  • There will be a meeting for GIRLS and BOYS who are planning to participate in Varsity track this spring in the Lecture Hall at 3:20 TODAY,MONDAY, JANUARY 14.  This will be a SHORTmeeting so you can make practice if you are playing another sport.  If you are planning on participating and cannot make the meeting, see COACH ATKINSON in room H 207 to get information.
  • Mock Trial will meet TONIGHT, Monday @ 6:15 in Coach Childs room H209
  • Any 7th and 8th grade boys interested in trying out for baseball will meet in room H122 on Tuesday, January 15th during activity period.
