MACON, Ga. – The FPD Athletic Department and Athletic Director Greg Moore would like to announce that tickets for FPD’s 2015 varsity football season opener against Howard High School are on sale today, Thursday, August 20 through Thursday, August 27 at 1 p.m.

Tickets are $5 each and will be available in each office on campus as well as the Viking Store.

Tickets are $10 per person at the gate on Thursday night.

“We hope to see a big crowd at our season opener,” Moore said. “We are excited about the start of our season and our team has been working hard to get ready for what should be an exciting game against Howard.”

Kickoff vs. the Howard Huskies is set for 7:30 p.m. at Mercer University’s Five Star Stadium.

The Vikings bested the Huskies in 2014, claiming a 26-25 overtime win at Austin Childers Field at George S. Johnson Stadium.
