3K & PreK

Laying the Foundation

FPD’s preschool is designed to prepare students for Kindergarten and long-term success at FPD and beyond. We focus on academic and general school readiness. Led by highly qualified and experienced teachers, preschoolers learn through play. They develop early literacy skills including naming and writing letters, identifying sounds related to letters, as well a love of reading. They also gain a base knowledge of math with a strong understanding of numbers value and numeral recognition.

In 3K, we play to learn!

Everything we do intentionally strengthens fine and gross motor skills. Students are first introduction to a biblical worldview and learn about heroes of the Bible. Students have recess every day and take part in several of our co-curricular programs. A half-day program, our 3K students can go home at 12:30 pm or are able to stay a full day through our after-school program where they eat lunch and have a rest time.

They’re also taught about responsibility, how to get along with others, and service to others, all filtered through the biblical worldview. Pre-K students experience more of our co-curricular programs like Tablet Lab and STEAM. Field trips begin in Pre-K as well. Parents can choose between a half or full-day program.

Are you ready to start your journey?

FPD exists to educate and equip students to change the world for God's glory. FPD provides a relationship-focused, academically-strong, Christ-centered experience for grades 3K - 12th. The strength of our school stems from the relationships between students and the Christ-centered faculty and staff who mentor them daily.
