Annie Smith ’14 Returns to FPD as Digital Marketing Manager and Volleyball Coach
First Presbyterian Day School is thrilled to welcome Annie Smith (Class of 2014) back to campus in a new professional role. Annie will serve as Digital Marketing Manager and Assistant Middle School Volleyball Coach, bringing her creative talent and strong connection to the FPD community into this next chapter of her career.
A Macon native and proud FPD alumna, Annie went on to earn her degree in Mass Communications from Georgia College & State University. She brings more than five years of experience in marketing across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
In addition to her new role at FPD, Annie is also the owner of Annie T. Photography, where she works as a wedding, family, and brand photographer across Middle Georgia. Her passion for visual storytelling, paired with her strategic marketing background, makes her a perfect fit for leading FPD’s digital presence.
A self-proclaimed “hobby enthusiast,” Annie enjoys trying new creative outlets and has recently taken up film photography and pottery. She also loves running, working out, traveling, and spending time with friends—and of course, hanging out with her dog, Elaine Benes.
“I’m excited to be able to give back to a place that gave so much to me,” she said. “If it weren’t for FPD’s yearbook class, I would not have pursued a degree in communications.”
Annie begins her new role on May 6, stepping into the position previously held by Mr. Caleb Brown, who will be leaving at the end of the school year to pursue his art career. We are grateful for Caleb’s creativity and contributions, and we’re excited for what’s ahead with Annie at the helm.
