This past weekend several of our students returned from their two-week study abroad trip to Italy. Below is a slideshow of their trip. They were able to view some amazing Italian art, shop in the markets, dine in front of the Pantheon, tour the Orvieto Underground, have fun at the Trevi Fountain, and paint landscapes of the beautiful vistas. They were joined by FPD’s art teacher, Nancy Butler, latin teacher, Matthew Hopper, assistant headmaster, Dr. Shealy, and Bible teacher, Johnny Morton who each gave them insight into the culture, religion, art, and history of this beautiful country.
